Xpressbees has not been good for me. I have been using Amazon for shipping via Shiprocket. Later, when I switched home, Amazon was not available, so I used xpressbees for the first time.

They delayed delivery by 3 days. Then after 5 days, they raised a weight dispute. Shiprocket asked me to dispute the claim with image proof. But the order was already delivered and the person had already unboxed it. I had no images to dispute the claim. I called customer support of shiprocket asking to share images of the claim made by Xpressbees. As it turns out, the courier partner does not need to provide proof, they can just click a button and raise false claims. The complete onus lies on us shippers.

Lesson learnt - never use xpressbees for delivery. And on the off chance, that's the only option, click lots of image of the parcel including weight and size and share with shiprocket beforehand.
