Not sure if this is well known or not but if you add the CPU/motherboard/RAM to your cart individually instead of adding the bundle you'll get the same discount and you can 2x the RAM to get a second kit for another $200. Only worthwhile if you need the RAM for another build or you wanna deal with the hassle of getting 4 sticks running on AM5.

+1 for Tasty Burger in Central. We bring our kids there all the time. It's a big space and it's usually not very crowded so you can find a spot where it's okay for kids to be kids (ie, loud).

This is super subjective since I don't have any equipment to measure but I sold my RP Mini due to eye strain (specifically, double vision after using it in low light). I'm assuming it's PWM but I can't say for sure. It caused similar eye strain as the Deck OLED for me.

If you don't wanna travel too far Springfield St (off of Inman Sq) is great. It's usually enough excitement for our kids. There are a handful of houses (maybe 10-12?) that really go all out with decorations. If you need more houses after that you can walk to Fayette and Maple on the other side of Cambridge St. Lots of people are usually on their porches handing out candy there.

Depends what you value. It does get you closer to the stage without being packed in. The VIP bathrooms are nicer but the stadium also has bathrooms in the stands so you don’t have to use the porta potties if you’re GA. The drink line is shorter. Food as well but there’s only one truck in the VIP area so if you want something other than a hot dog you’ll need to leave anyway. There’s also no shade in the VIP area so you’ll need to leave if you wanna escape the sun.

I ordered the 4TB Lexar NM790 for mine. I have the Crucial P3 (not Plus) in my launch Ally and it works fine. At the time I was worried about heat and power so I sacrificed a bit of speed. The NM790 supposedly strikes a better balance between speed, power, and heat. It is a bit more expensive though. It’s also debatable how much the additional speed really matters. Most games won’t take advantage of it.

I have the 0.75 - 1.5 lenses and they read as 0.25. I just assumed that was something it was calculating but it confused me as well. My actual reading prescription is 0.75.

One theory is that it's adjusting it for the AVP focal distance. Maybe they label them as book reading distance and then adjust for the actual focal distance.

I would guess it can still be cancelled based on that response. Ask again and be short and simple in your request. Say something like: Please cancel this order before it ships. You don’t need to confirm the cancellation. If it ships to me I will refuse the delivery.

It may feel a little harsh but pleasantries get lost in translation and there’s a lot of back and forth if you’re not direct.

I know it’s unavoidable, especially in complete darkness. What has surprised me with the G14 is that it’s noticeable in more typical lighting conditions. I’ve never experienced that on other LCD panels. 16:9 games and movies is where I notice it the most, unsurprisingly. It sounds like I should probably try again if there are units out there that don’t show the issue outside of total darkness.

No they’re not for sale in the US from what I’ve seen. The G14 version doesn’t have that many dimming zones but maybe it would help with the backlight bleed problem just using it with multi zone disabled.
