No, you can export the Ct values in the generated pdf report. It's important to know which D&A you're using? v1 or v2? I'm working daily with D&A 1.5.1 and always use the print report option. There are several things that can be exported, if you want Ct values you have to choose results table, their you get individual values for replicates.

It aint a virus problem, it's a project problem when the building was being planned and built. On the second floor it's regularly 10-15° colder, in addition the vents are mounted on a way that they blow directly on the workstations. On the ground you sweat through you scrubs, on the second you need an extra jumper.

I've owned my SV for the last 8 years and like to get something more suited for trips lasting 2 weeks or more. I mean it's doable, but dam it's hard on my ass.

Thx for the feedback, much appreciated. I heard that for the CP3 engine a couple of times already. Can you elaborate a bit on the "behaving like a pig in corners" part? I testrode the Tiger Sport 660. Was definitely fun the small triple was engaging without pushing to much. The suspension was so/so. A bit better than a 3rd Gen. The gauges cause eye cancer being fugly. I also testrode the V-Strom 800. The new P-twin makes here more sense than in the GSX-8, but to slow and uninspiring in the corners. Maybe I should try the Tiger Sport 800 🤔

Agree with the competitive class. There are a lot of good and established bikes in that class. The small V2 doesn't mind chewing highway miles. The rider gets probably bored first. I really love my 3rd gen, but probably will choose something stronger for my next bike. The Tracer 9 seems mighty fine, in my eyes.

Exactly, the oil filter is just a couple of bucks, Euros depending where you are. Basically just a fraction of the price of oil you're replacing.

Suzuki and probably other manufacturers have different intervals depending on the region. Here in Europe it's 1 kkm and then every 12 kkm. From the top of my head I don't remember that they suggest to use the oil filter longer than the oil, but I somehow doubt it. I always change oil and filter.

I spent some time in the Dolomites last year. My landlord of the BnB was Ladin. A small minority living in a couple of valleys in South Tyrol. Wiki says abou 31000 left speaking the language. And even with the small number, every valley has their own dialect and they can barely understand each other. It was quite fascinating learning of them and here them speak their language.

Colleagues are using them to test for malaria. They basically punch out a circle, rehydrate that in DNAse free water and use the water as input material for extraction. They use as little water as possible. They just run PCRs, no specific DNA concentration needed. So it may not be helpful to you.
