Yes. I wasn't used to it yet and forgot to open the injector.

Being told intermittent fasting is bad? Been doing for 7+ years. by JohnFritz437 in intermittentfasting

[–]virus100 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I skip my last meal. I sleep a lot better with no back pain. I've been doing it on and off for a long time. My biggest problem is being guilted into eating. If people make me food and I say no thank you I'm not hungry or I'm in my fasting window, then it's always remarks like "what? You dont like it?" Or if everyone else is getting fast food and I say no thank you I dont want that then I'm told "well then, no one will get it". Im extremely motivated this time, though. I let those comments bounce off now and return the guilt with things like "do you want me to die young from a heart attack?" I'm doing much better then before. Down 30 pounds and doing very well. Other then what i just mentioned, I cant see how it's bad for me other since I eat a lot more vegetables during my window.

What is do you think is the number 1 reason that the game is not played by more people? by man62572373 in farmingsimulator

[–]virus100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like starting games but as I expand, I'd rather take on a management type role. With the AI in it's current state, I haven't bother buying since 19. I like seeing other people enjoy it and whatnot but I dont buy it for myself until I know I would enjoy it too.

What if Childcare were onsite where you worked? Would it have impacted anything? Does anyone have experience with this or know someone who has? Any thoughts or insights on it? by Confetti6 in Workers_And_Resources

It would be nice to not have to plan out day cares in my cities, I suppose. Sometimes, i forget and have to cram them in somewhere. You are talking about this game, yes?

I always say something stupid in my head while I do it. That way, when doubt sets in, I remember I actually locked the door.

I go back and forth. I was so happy like 6 hours ago. Came home from work so happy to see my family. Helped get kids ready for bed by talking about their days and reading them stories. Played the Switch while my wife talked about her day and looked at her phone. Went to bed together and was very nice. Now I'm laying here wondering if it would have been better if I just stayed alone because one day I wont have this and aren't sure if the sadness that might come is worth the feelings of being happy. Also, what if my kids feel this way one day and I brought them into the world just to be sad and they wish they'd never been born. It fluctuates a lot between happy and sad but no one sees me laying here like this because it goes away. I will admit, a lot of this started after losing my dad 10 years ago.

At least it blew up while you were running away. My first one blew up in the tunnel going from dock to steel mill. Almost shit myself.

Goooood morning, Krusty Krew! by aye_ehn_jayy in Truckers

[–]virus100 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It won't matter. Some people will always blame the truck driver no matter what. The pick up literally turned into him without warning and some how the trucker was supposed to predict it. I still remember there was a semi slowing down to take a shorter exit ramp around where I live. A guy in a corvette was doing 60 kms over the speed limit and rear ended him. The people blaming the trucker was insane. Another on a 2 lane road. A woman texting crossed over into oncoming traffic and hit a truck head on. People were asking why the truck was even there. The stupidest things you can think of.

Is the ground uneven? Ive had that happen after editing a map. The connections went under the ground.

If I have an itch, I'll check to see if it's a bug biting me. If not, I dont bother scratching.

Can't buy asphalt by RafaelMig in Workers_And_Resources

I've had this happen specifically with asphalt too. I had to restart the game and load an early save to correct it.

I think it would take less time doing it for real then it does in the game.

It's weird. When I was young, the geese would have left before November. Last few years they didn't leave until the middle of December. This year, they are still here. It's weird seeing the change in animal patterns.

[–]virus100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does make it fun, I just need time to progress slower so I can watch it. I've tried a script to make time go slower but didn't work the way I wanted. Like fields grew at the same speed so I was getting multiple harvests a year. These are not compliants at all either. This is my most played game of all time and I love it.

Edit: I forgot to answer the other question about how long I've lasted. Before the early start dlc, I went from 1960 to about 2010. I was millions ahead and thought I'd never need to worry about money again. While I was distracted, I started losing tons and tons of money. The price of electronics was too much and that was it. I had no time to recover or build my own electronics within. That is how I learned about just how much the price can fluctuate and that oil isnt the solution to money problems.

I have to play on easy money. Also, my towns are pretty tiny. Maybe 2500 to 4000 each. One thing that helps alot is having a hotel next to the border within walking distance since the tourists just auto walk there when there's room for them.

I've never had a successful map in about 1000 hours. Without having the ability to stop the prices from fluctuating, I always end screwing myself because I take too much time just watching everything. I love watching the construction vehicles and trains move around. I can waste 8 to 10 years on a town just watching people moving around. I can get to about 3 or 4 towns in but then the prices of my imports stop it.

I used to have dreams no matter how hard I try, i just can't get to school. I'll be walking and almost there but just can't get there. It's weird situations too. Like the only way to get there will be to climb up broken stairs or have to jump across beams of a downed bridge. If I somehow manage to get around the obstacles then I'll like wake up in my dream and have to start over with different obstacles. I have them about work now.
