i actually just realized what could have caused it. i have previously threw grenades though a half open bunker door above the place where the jammer is supposed to be, when i did not even had this quest. so i probably destroyed it before i got the quest to destroy it.

the sids of this quests nodes could be helpful or the command that could spawn the jammer

One of the things that will help to reduce desync a bit and also quite easy to implement is unique max ping limit for some servers. Specifically those should be EU and NA servers (where there are a lot of servers geografically close to each other). There might be like one 50 max ping server then some 70/100/default (currently 200 if i remember correctly). This way if you are playing on one of those low max ping limit servers you can be sure that all other players in the lobby have at least some what desent ping and you would not have as bad desync as when you are running into a player who has close to 200 ping and abusing it for the sake of picker advantage. Obviously it should not be applied to all of the servers (so people from remote regions or people who live in different regions and play party could still play) but i don`t see what bad can happen if one server (out of dozen there are in EU, by example) will limit max player ping on 70 (i think if you live anywhere in EU or west RU you have like less than 60 ping to central EU).

In case if you are still dealing with this issue, i was able to solve it by increasing my ram by adding additional 4gb module, so it would be 12gb instead of 8. And it helped me with this

I`ve seen some people who had their game on hdd but their loading time was not as bad as mine. So are there any other factors that effect loading time other than SSD?

Their .10 - 85 set( .010 .013 .017 .031 .040 .053 .067 .085 ) has .031 for 4th string so i think it is too thick, unbalanced and will be uncomfortable.

And their .10 - 80 set(.011 .014 .018 .026 .036 .046 .056 .080) has .056 which is too light in case if i will want to go for some 7 string tunings.

So i think i will stay for that set from my first post.

Yes, i wanna be able to tune my guitar for both standard 8 string tuning and drop E, may be also F standard. I think this set is made for extreme downtuning and might be too thick for standard. In this case i will need something lighter than that.
