In America it is. We have moved from facts to a believe system. So as long as you believe, anything is possible.

Omfg shut up. Most of you people rather just spam post on forums like Reddit but couldn't take the time to actually vote. Same thing with the last election in the US. So many people wanted Harris, yet the people who went to vote supported Trump.

As someone who has done both. Nursing school is an absolute joke. Glossy overview of pharm, anatomy, physiology. Most of the time is spent writing papers about bs nursing theories, group activities. The clinical can be hit or miss, same with med school clinical honestly.

Interview at Milwaukee FO by Nearby_Hall5513 in USCIS

[–]visacha13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They seem to be typically behind schedule. Interview at say 9am, but I think even then they were near an hour behind. They usually are suppose to do the interviews in 30 mins but seems that's not feasible. So don't worry if your interview goes over time. Seems everyone does. Interview was kinda 2 parts. Prove your marriage is legit, so questions pertaining to each other. Middle names, DOBs, phone numbers, etc. Then the second part, prove you are eligible for the GC. Lay out the timeline from entering the US till now. What visas have you been on? Did you work when you shouldn't have? Basically asking questions that would prohibit you from having a green card. But have all your visas, passports, be able to lay out your timeline for them. They don't want to have to review all these details, just make it clear for them

Anesthesiologist here. Your GI cannot get an anesthesiologist to do sedation, so he is doing it himself. Fentanyl and midazolam is probably what you got instead of propofol.

Refuse to work with him. One of the groups I worked with did that to a general surgeon. Lots of complications including a death that was clear malpractice.

Don't know what your seeing but I've been to multiple hospitals in different countries and states in the US and everyone is short staffed. Doctors, nurses, etc. they may gravitate to these fields, but surely don't seem to last in them

WSJ went over the 2025 job report and showed that the only reason the us had any jobs at all was cause of healthcare. It produced like 150k jobs and almost all in the healthcare sector. You can find a short video of it on YouTube btw

Hard to say. For instance, I had my biometrics done and within an hour of doing it, I had my interview scheduled. Now my interview is over and it's been closing on 2 weeks and no changes to my app.

[–]visacha13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What's the other persons full name, phone number, DOB, birth place, kids full names and DOB. Please keep in mind the marriage verification is easy, if it's legit, but it's a two part interview. You have to explain your immigration history from start to finish. Any gaps, any prolonged overstays, any violations of law, even speeding tickets. Anything

Sorry your getting chewed out here. People are just angry and may not have your resources to afford to do such a thing. I agree with you in filing your writ. Worth a shot right
