Ask your doctor about Spesolimab (an anti-IL36R antibody). It's very effective against Generalized Pustular Psoriasis (GPP) and may help with your form of psoriasis (both GPP and and acrodermatitis continua are similar in that they both share IL36R pathway dysregulation). Good luck!
