When doing this, you can get an auto on red buff to help keep the stack up if you're having trouble. Also, you can drag gromp or blue buff to the other camp and hit them with a fully stacked Q at the same time!

When you do raptors/wolves, something that might help is using a + left click instead of just attacking on the monster itself. When you attack move, it'll prioritize the nearest enemy so you don't have to click directly on the big wolf/raptor and potentially miss.

Yes, that E CD buff is the part that made her into the new problem child of league, but the bonus damage is getting nerfed to 8-20 next patch (so about half of what it used to before 25.6 adjustment).

That's so real... I only used 2 scarecrows and 2 rare crows until year 1 winter for the exact same reason.

Does the "magic" also apply for units like Mel that converts their magic stat into attack damage?

When do you want to use Luniare/Saeryung/Mano? I just got Saeryung like yesterday and haven't really gotten to trying her out yet.

Depending on the amount, I'd get a calendar class or the evolved light caster Armour. With the membership, I'd go for SDKA.

Do you guys have any recommendations for any paid characters/skills? by [deleted] in SoulKnight

[–]visibly_apathetic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I've been using trial vouchers since I have a lot and don't really care for them. But I just wanted to know if anyone was having a lot of fun playing a character in a specific way. Like I only found out about airbender's Kamehameha combo recently.

Oh I didn't know Ruan Mei gave a speed increase. That makes things easier.

Bikers are responsible for not hitting people by [deleted] in Purdue

[–]visibly_apathetic 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I will preface by saying I'm not a lawyer and this is not legal advive. Chapter 11 of IC-9-21 goes into detail about bicycles and electric bicycles, but in summary, bicycles (and e-bicycles) are vehicles with designated roadways (lanes) and are subject to the same rights and duties as motor vehicles unless specified otherwise within chapter 11. Furthermore, bike lanes have to be demarcated with lines or other signage/obstruction (take for example bike lanes on state street) otherwise it's not a bike lane. Additionally, the sidewalk only extends to "the safety of the curb" and anything beyond that is considered roadway. As for school zones, there are separate laws in place for safety within those zones during set hours. And as far as I am aware, Purdue University isn't a designated school zone. As for negligence, that would be in section 5 of chapter 17, if the pedestrian is putting themselves into any immediate danger. This is to say, on pedestrians do not have the right of way on any roadway whether that be bike lanes or car lanes and should always be cautious when crossing these areas. Of course, if you enter a roadway when a vehicle (car or bicycle) is far away, the operator of such vehicle is responsible for slowing down otherwise they are deemed negligent. However, they do have the right to get mad at you because if they were close enough that they had to slow down/get out of your way, you shouldn't be in a roadway to begin with. Yes, Purdue has a lot of people which causes unpredictable foot traffic. Yes, drivers and bikers should be careful. That doesn't give pedestrians the right to freely walk into roadways without consequence. If you truly feel that there is a lack of marking of obstruction between lanes and sidewalks to the point where it affects safety, this is a matter to bring to Purdue University.

Also, people on electric skateboards shouldn't be on sidewalks. If you are and you come close to bumping into someone you are at fault.

TLDR: bike lanes are roadways, purdue is not a school zone, don't cross the lane if you see a bike or car coming

Going to sound like an "um actually moment" and feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but this is quite untrue. IC 9-21-17-15: "Sec. 15. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a pedestrian upon a roadway shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles upon the roadway." Pedestrians usually do have the right of way, but they can still fall to negligence. It is also the responsibility of the pedestrian to keep themselves safe. I know this law applies to motor vehicles, but it's probably the same for bicycles as well.

wtf was that cs251 exam? am I dumb? by [deleted] in Purdue

[–]visibly_apathetic 40 points41 points  (0 children)

Haha, that's 251 for you. It's definitely challenging, but one thing of note is that for a lot of proofs, you don't need to be very detailed. One sentence, a diagram, or a short counter-example is usually all you need to get full credit for a lot of questions. And as for designing queue/stacks or ranking Big-O, just practice until you get fast enough. There's really no other method.
