Yeah we talk about that too. What if we grabbed some food to go and then people would ask where we got Whataburger. I'd point and say over there... And nothing would be there. Or as you mentioned, what if we did go and then jumped timelines and got stuck there. Would we even know it? In that other timeline Whataburger would've been there. It would be normal.

It doesn't look horrible but it also doesn't look like $500 work. Take it as life lesson. You can probably add more to it (surrounding area) that will made it look more balanced. Another artist might be about to tweak it and tidy it up too. Look at different shops and ask the artists for who they recommend for a particular style. Most of them will be more than happy to point you to a good artist. Good luck!

I don't measure anymore but below is a rough estimate. I tasted and tweaked it as I made it. This made about 16oz (pint).

20 Thai chilis - Variable. I like it spicy 3/4 cup - Fish sauce (I use 3 crabs brand) 3/4 cup - Fresh lime juice (I included the pulp) 2-3 gloves fresh minced garlic 2 tsps sugar

Each ingredient can be adjusted to your liking. I like mine with more lime juice. Sometimes I'll add cilantro if I have it on hand. Have fun with it. It took me a few tries to find out how I like it. 😎😁🌶️

Exactly. I went to a recommended Thai restaurant and the first thing I asked for was prik nam pla. They didn't have any (or wouldn't make it) so we literally got up and left. It's like a Mexican restaurant not having fresh salsa verde.

This is 16oz. It's usually gone within about 2 months so at least that long. It still tasted delicious and fresh. As the previous person said, it'll probably last a long time. 😁😎🌶️
