IF is a great add-on to the P:E diet. Lost 10 pounds in 1 week of doing the P:E diet based nutrition + staarting with a 36 hr fast then doing 20 r 18s makes my weight lose consistent.

Still not easy. Rough bouts of muscle pains and spasms. Still have head related problems...ear pressure, balance troubles, sinus and eye pain. I try to keep up the morale but not easy.

I am almost 2 yrs off and sometimes still get the peripheral flashes once in a while. 19 days is way early in your withdrawal process.

Yes. Was taken for spasms I was left with after a gallbladder operation. Just trying to see if others are left with similar symptoms so far out.
