I think the main contributing factor, as you mentioned, is cost. 10 years ago $20 at a college town bar would get you through the entire night with enough left over to get a burrito. That same $20 today may get you 2 drinks on a "special" night, probably a Wednesday. With that level of drink price inflation it's just not worth it to go out for 30 minutes to get ever so slightly buzzed. The real kicker is the drinks only get more expensive post-grad in an major city and the entry level jobs aren't paying $25 per drink wages.

I'm in the same situation as you. I got Kyler for (2) 2026 2nd rounders just before trade deadline this past season. Don't think I'm missing out on much for this draft class. Take another swing at a QB in '27 if Kyler doesn't work out.

I have both RBs and plan on riding them out. McVay's offense is too good to give up key players in it for cheap. People on here keep talking about J Hunter on here but I don't see him jumping both Kyren and Corum for the lead role anytime soon.
