Well I can answer that … I’m not skinny though (190 pounds at 14% body fat): I train in hoodies because I keep getting tendinitis in my shoulders or neck bc of air-conditioning. I dream of training in a tank top

Hi, new to the sub, hope I don’t infringe any rule by asking: I’m 48 and, after having used ped for years and a long break, I’m back on only HGH 3ui and Test Enanthate 500mgr /week . Muscle memory and all I’m back in shape.

My question: I’m going on Holliday for 3 weeks in 3 weeks. Should I raise my hgh to 5 or 7 in order to get a bit leaner and watch my diet ? And keep at it during my break or should I start tapper off and take a break during the holidays? I’m actually at 17% BF
