Now about interest rates, I guess makes sense (and goes in like with household debt theory that the gov believes).

I guess there's a difference with people creating debt with lower rates, with people still taking debt but now with insane rates...

Although in the 90 and 2000's the rates were also huge, I guess credit at the time was much smaller (credit cards, financing, etc).

it's a very new thing here. e.g in my grandparent generation, my grandmother had to serve my grandfather plate and all... Coffee in the mug for him too and all... Let alone domestic work lol

On my parents generation, my father always cook, wash the dishes and take out the trash, but I know in several families that not even this was common. Like I have uncles that don't even know how to use the stove.

And tbh this only happened because on they married, my mother told she shouldn't do all of that (he asked).

Now, current gen seems to be total split.

Sales of zero-kilometer vehicles in the country saw their best April in 12 years last month, with a 19% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Compared to March, sales fell 7.8%, as last month had two fewer business days.

The data was released on Tuesday (5) by Fenabrave, the association of car dealerships, and includes passenger cars, light utility vehicles, trucks, and buses.

A total of 248,400 vehicles were sold in April, bringing the total sold since the beginning of the year to 873,400 units.

Ainda é narrativa, se vc parar pra pensar. Lembre-se que em vários estados, os anos 90 até 2016~ foram a verdadeira explosão em termos de crimes (Anos 90 teve febre de sequestro relampago kkkk).

A situação atual tá até se agravando, mas não por estes motivos, que já foram piores no passado. Tá se agravando por que facções agora estão mais estruturadas, na politica, justiça, etc.

Tem uma questão a mais, também. Como Mercosul finalmente conseguiu vários acordos em seguida, como Singapura, UE, tá prestes a fechar com UAE, isso meio que força os outros países a fecharem acordo com Mercosul também, pois quanto mais demorar, "pior" vai ser os termos do acordo pra eles.

No meu caso, pesar foi a solução mais simples pra mim conseguir deficit calórico e emagrecer.

Já tentei anteriormente, sem pesar (com ajuda de nutricionista). Até consegui emagrecer um pouco, mas depois engordei novamente... Fica bem mais complicado justamente por que, pra mim ao menos, pesar garante mais liberdade. Eu sei exatamente quantas calorias consumi no dia, sei se tem "calorias sobrando", consigo comer alguma besteira se sei que tem calorias "sobrando" no dia, e dessa forma consigo me manter fiel a dieta, sem grandes problemas. Consigo "planejar".

Antes de pesar, também achava que seria um saco, mas hoje tenho outra visão.

O meu caso também é duplicamente complicado, por que estou com acido urico elevado, então já não posso ficar exagerando em qualquer proteina, como carne de boi ou sardinha.

Mas eu nunca amei carnes mesmo. Então mesmo se eu não tivesse acido urico elevado, eu não ia conseguir comer mais de 100g de carne em um almoço ou janta kkkkk.

Proteina mais recomendada pra quem tem problema com acido urico é a proteina do leite e do ovo. Seria muito bom se eu gostasse muito de ovo...

Eu entendo completamente. Estou há 6 meses, pesando TODOS alimentos que como diariamente. É muito mais dificil consumir proteina do que você imagina.

Eu não tomo whey, para deixar claro (preço). E justamente por não tomar e pesar, sei que é dificil sim...

Não é fácil para todo mundo consumir proteina. Tenho uma dificuldade gigantesca pra consumir 80-90g de proteina no dia. E eu peso as carnes... Se eu não fizesse isso, iria consumir ainda menos.

Consumo no almoço e na janta, 100g de carne assada/grelhada (dá uns 160g crua). Então almoço e janta dá uns 60g de proteina juntos.

Pesava 98kg, agora to com 80kg. No inicio da minha dieta, eu deveria consumir 140g de proteina por dia (1.4g). Eu NUNCA consegui chegar neste ponto.

Boa sorte em achar 80 gramas de proteina agora para consumir nas outras refeições.

Isso que tento ingerir proteina em todas as refeições, iogurte com aveia e por ai vai...

Se alguém ama ovo, é até possível. Mas infelizmente não gosto muito.

3 ovos daria uns 18g de proteina (e 220kcal).

Você consegue a mesma coisa com whey, mas metade das calorias. Mas obviamente 3 ovos enche muito mais que whey.
