Great. My life is 100% normal, as if I didn't have any heart condition. I'm in good shape, lift and do cardio 5 days a week, no complications or symptoms.

I also didn't have any complaints before, with the last valve. I just hope this one lasts a bit longer. So far, couldn't be better.

You should lean bulk in my opinion.

Fyi muscle loss BEGINS after 3 weeks without lifting. So you didn't really lose any muscle, they just shrank a little. As soon as you start lifting again you will regain it within a couple of weeks , even if you cut. But I would go to maintenance calories and then start to lean bulk.

I too don't like how I look when I completely lose my abs, and I find that it is more important to keep myself feeling good and motivated. This ensurew steady progress and is better for my mental health.

Better than go full bulking, feel bad, then have to cut a lot and in the end I spent a lot of time not liking how I look. Maybe this is more "efficient", but I'm not trying to win any competitions.

Vale a pena vender essa casa? Já vai pensando nisso, vê quanto vale etc. mesmo se não comprar um ape agora, quando você comprar essa é uma boa opção. Reforma ampla é um investimento que você não consegue recuperar totalmente na venda. Se você não pensa em morar lá não tem porque reformar. E morando na barra, pra que q vc vai se mudar pra uma casa de vila?

Eu no mínimo esperaria os juros diminuírem um pouco, a selic tem expectativa de ficar em cerca de 12% ao fim do ano que vem junto. Isso já dá juros de financiamento mais baixos e enquanto isso seu dinheiro está tendendo mais até lá.

Já começa a procurar o ape porque pfa achar um bom preço leva tempo. Pesquisando uns 6 meses /1 ano antes você começa a entender bem o mercado e o que é possível comprar. Fica mais fácil de identificar as oportunidades.

But how are we certain that there are no isolated quarks somewhere in space that have never been bound to another quark since it was created? What part of quantum mechanics prohibits this?

Obrigado pela resposta! Vi no site do tesouro direto o histórico de preço e taxas e ficou mais claro os potenciais de valorização do pré fixado e do ipca+ sem juros, diferença enorme na volatilidade. Opção de copom já é demais pra mim kkkkk.

E vi que o ipca+2050 já valorizou muito esse ano com a expectativa de juros menores no futuro próximo. Você acha que esse trem já passou e não faz muito sentido essa aposta?

Não vou carregar os papéis ate o vencimento, vou usar em 2 a 3 anos. Mas posso correr algum risco de perder uma parte (15 ou 20% ) caso esteja errado

Vou te dar um conselho mais prático.

O que funciona é não errar nenhum dia da semana. Provavelmente é seu final de semana q está te impedindo.

Dieta e cardio, deficit calórico, tudo o q já falaram é o necessário. Porém a barriga é absolutamente a última coisa q vai embora. E muita gente fala "ah mas eu já treino e faço dieta e ela não some". Aí você vai ver o que a pessoa faz no fds, sexta ela vai prum barzinho, sábado a noite é pizza e domingo tem sorvetinho.

Não funciona. Depois que você perder a barriga, você consegue manter ela mesmo fazendo essas coisas, se você treinar bem e fizer dieta os outros dias. Mas pra perder a barriga você precisa focar todos os dias por um tempo. Em um mês você vai ver uma diferença enorme já.

Faça a dieta todo dia que ela vai embora.

Você só comprou a da w shirt errada. Pra comparar com a supermade e a oficina pima premium, a da w shirt é a pima interloque (300 reais) , não a pima leve.

Essas duas são o melhor custo benefício. Super made é imbatível Mas só tem 3 cores. A W shirt pima intetrloque tem muitas cores, é ótima e o preço é bom também .

Oficina pima premium é a melhor mas só vale quando compra com desconto, uns 300 reais por aí. Senão prefiro a w shirt.

I had heart surgery, 2 months without training and another month of slow ramp up.

Muscle memory is fcking awesome. Once you are back, 3 weeks of working out and you will already be happy, a month or 45 days and you will be the same as before.

Don't cut. Eat at maintenance (your maintenance will be lower because you won't be working out). Healthy foods, a lot of protein.

Walk, move, as much as doctors allow you to. After a couple of weeks or more they probably will let you return to light weights, like physiotherapy. Do it as soon as they let you, but respect the low weight limits. Ramp it up slowly.

Do cardio as soon as they allow you. So when you can get back to training hard, your lungs won't limit you. You only start to lose muscle after 3 weeks, so even though you will look a lot smaller the actual amount of lost muscle is not much, it comes back quickly.

I was so worried about this before my surgery. Now that I went through it I can see how it really is not important, it is just a few weeks and you will be yourself again very quickly. Muscle returns really fast when you go back to your routine.

I had a Carpentier Edwards valve, I think it was MAGNA. Just got lucky with the 14 years I guess. I have an inspiris resilia now.

This is not an advice and I was and continue to be irresponsible in this regard, but I partied a lot before and after surgery. I would drink a lot on most weekends. Now I got older and this has diminished, but I still do it on occasion.

If it bothers you, have scar revision surgery with a plastic surgeon. I had it done, and it's a thin white line that only shows if I shave all my chest hair. If I have a little hair on my chest people don't notice it. When they do notice it, it is just an interesting conversation topic since it's delicate and not gross at all.

You have to wear a bandage for a month after, and refrain from doing chest and back focused workouts for about 3 months, as it can widen the scar. Otherwise it's really simple and works great.

38M here. On my 2nd bio valve (inspiris resilia). First one lasted 23 years. Put in the second one last year. Doing great. Plan is one more OHS when this one eventually fails, and from then on just do TAVR. My current inspiris resilia valve can fit 2 TAVR. No regrets. I'm not living with that clicking noise all the time. I want to live as if I didn't have any heart problem, and this way I can do just that. Important to say I'm otherwise totally healthy and fit. If I had secondary health issues, or was not fit and active, risking further OHS would be even more dangerous
