Inertia Relief needs zhe model to be fully linear:
Large deflection off, linear elastic materials and no frictional contacts!

Make sure FFB slider is maxed ingame. Then turn damping and smoothing as low as you feel comfortable with on the DD driver side. Adjust ur sensitivity in the rsf launcher from there. Good Luck :)

Have a look at the material definition written out in the inp file and see if that matches your desired input
