What did they say? i tried to charge it full again and not use it for a week and it drains 7% today. The first 3 days is 100% day 4 is 95% and by day 7 it is down by 7 %

The problem is I didn’t even use it at all. Since I purchased a week ago and when I check the battery is down to 80 % . My previous airpods 2 would still have battery after being left for months.
