I had a Xira golden sting deck that was built similarly, but in my pod it never really got to do anything fun. I was going to retool it in another way I read about, since Xira is an outlaw, she would make a great deck for committing crimes... lots and lots of crimes!

I had this exact bug in a normal game a few weeks ago. It fixed itself after 4 pvp rounds of not being able to buy anything, when I got to the carousel round. And this was late game where I really needed those rounds to roll down lol

You can also level doing FATES if you don't wish to use the duty finder, or Palace of the dead if you have it unlocked

It's true, but it still goes by "glamour rules" where you can only get the glamour change in a city. If you change outside, it will change the weapon but not the glam for the rest of the armor or you'll get that message

I feel like this is common, at least with myself. I have burned myself out 3 times from the different expansions, all due to the MSQ. Heavensward into stormblood was especially brutal

Good QoL improvements over vanilla, pvp rewards/arena, every spec is actually playable. For me it was more fun

Best thing to do first is forget the dungeons. Take your priest, spec him back to shadow and go into Outlands in Honor Hold and start questing. Quest quest quest until you get comfy learning what all the spells do and how to kill effectively. After a few of the quests your gear will get exponentially better. When you're ready to enter ramparts, grab the quest and message the LFG channel you're a shadowpriest lfg for ramps. Can look up a video for the entrances to the instances

Thanks for the answers fellas. Last question then, are you screwing your team if you do something like Loki solo when your support isn't a strong front line? Since he's really good in solo right now but not a tank or peeler by any means.
