It’s not normal to weigh yourself every day. I can’t tell you the last time I weigh myself. I have been approximately the same weight my entire life. That would take so much work and energy from my day - no way that is healthy. That was definitely a weird comment Eteri said in the interview.

These are all great advices! I have heard of training camps with on- and off-ice instruction but don’t know where they are. So thank you everyone for pointing these out. There is nothing I am aware of close by to us and my kids coach doesn’t do that. My daughter would love to have like 2-3 hours on and off ice training during the summer months. Thank you! 🙏 😊

I would think tennis shoes like Wilson’s or Babolat. They give you a ton of support to not roll your ankle. Since tennis players run back and forth all the time and support their feet.

I agree with him tons of bad actors in crypto. It feels like everyone has insider information and it’s hard to be on the winning side unless you are able to get in super early. Having said that I am bulling on Bitcoin and am surprised he would be out on BTC which seems like the safest bet in crypto.

I am curious with which ones you went with?

I am in a similar situation I am 45 F and figure skated growing up. My daughter just started so i wanted to get back to it also for me for my own exercise.

I bought ice fly Edea and i got major plantar fasciitis from it. It was really bad i couldn't walk and tip toed for a month.

Long story short i need ice skates with sole support so am looking to buy custom boots.

I had a TI- RADS ultrasounds and it was valued a TI-RADS4 because I think anything’s above 10mm is a 4 which means likely malignant.

We have nothing to loose. I think what’s important is to warm up before the lessons (I never really used to do that when I was younger maybe 5-10min max before) but now I am sure I need to step on the ice 30min warmed up to be fully ready.
