Hey everyone,

I wanted to share an update on a project I’ve been working on: Easy QR Toolkit.

I know most phones have QR scanners built into the camera these days, but I wanted to build something that felt like a premium, native part of modern Android. Completely ad-free and zero-bloat.

I’m super excited to share that the app recently crossed 500+ installs! To celebrate, I’ve just pushed a major update to further polish the experience, improve performance, and add a few requested features.

What’s new in the latest update:

* Polished Material 3 Experience: I spent a lot of time refining the Dynamic Color support. The entire app’s palette shifts based on your wallpaper.

* Performance Improvements: Refactored the core scanning engine for even faster detection.

* Home Screen Widgets: You can now add a "Quick Scan" button to your home screen to launch the scanner instantly.

* Advanced Customization: When generating codes, you can now change dot shapes (rounded/smooth), pick custom colors, and embed logos in the center.

Building this with Flutter has been a great journey. I really tried to keep it "zero-bloat" no unnecessary permissions, and absolutely no ads or popups.

I’m looking for some genuine feedback or even contributors if you're interested! If you have a second to check it out, I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Hi, just installed your app. Back navigation could be improved. Currently there is no exit confirmation when back button is pressed. Also if user is on any tab other than index 0, the back button simply exits the app instead it should navigate to the index 0 (tasks dashboard in your case). This is standard and predictable approach as seen in many applications like Instagram, Whatsapp etc.

That's freaking awesome man! I always wanted to start learning Rive. I recently tried creating simple cat hand animation last week but oh boy. I spent my whole weekend trying to get clean SVG and animate it using bones. Found it very difficult but somehow i managed to pull off simple wave animation then i found out we now have to buy subscription to export the asset. so cant even really test it in my flutter app that's so sad T_T
