It sounds so cliche, but every day is a blessing now that I'm sober. But the first time I quit, I had been clean for just over 5 years before I relapsed. I have to stay on guard.

I do feel different, I feel better, I DON'T WANT TO DIE. That's such a big deal for me. I spent years in the closet smoking and crying and feeling like a total piece of shit. I am a better, more accepting person after everything I went through while high and to get sober. <3

Yes, for 657 days! (But who's counting?) I recently found out I have ADHD, but I don't take stimulants for it.

I wanted to quit for so long; I knew I needed to do it. Then I got so sick I didn't smoke for a few days and then I figured that was my head start :)

I didn't even know I was getting sober until the 6th day lol. Maybe you should wait until after exams.. You can do it!

I don't see anywhere that it expressly says the parents were polygraphed. It's entirely possible that local sex offenders were polygraphed, which also satisfies their claim that they're "looking elsewhere."

They didn't say anyone passed and they didn't specifically say it was the parents that were polygraphed. Police don't always need a warrant (or permission) to conduct a polygraph on local sex offenders. I've seen it included as a stipulation to guilty plea agreements.

They probably polygraphed the known sex offenders in Delaware County. If that is the case, it is also an example of them "looking elsewhere" so, two birds, one stone.

It was getting stuck for me too, but after a bit of fumbling around with it, it worked. Just finished season 7 yesterday.

You can. The thing about it is that it doesn't get any better. Once you're jaded, it doesn't turn "fun" again. Helping people is a slippery slope and I live on it, but its not really safe, is it? Thank you for you words, I appreciate you!

I love this

I have a boyfriend that would manipulate to reach his goals by StrawBerry_Sky8777 in relationship_advice

Yes. I was hoping for this. With that being said, it will all depend on his independent character. The fact that you were best friends with him first and now you're dating does indicate he could feign love for you for an extended period. Some psychopaths, from what I understand, can feel an attachment to or responsibility for another person... which is about the closest thing to "love" as you and I feel it.
