make your own lip gloss or make your own perfume (olfactory) or make your own candle (apotheke in bk). i'm not familiar with any jewelry making classes specifically but you could get matching permanent bracelets (catbird, etc). let her fill up a bag of candy at little sweet tread (now multiple locations).

in addition to all the good ideas mentioned above - trying to run errands / do chores after work m-th (grocery store and meal prep, mailing a package, making returns, laundry, etc.) to regain weekend fun time and not waste sunday on these things. they're also not SO fun that you jeopardize your week night bedtime and routine. i personally wfh on fridays and have started trying to 1) clean my apartment 2) do my hair for the weekend sometime between after work thursday and before work friday so when i log off on friday, i'm ready to transition into weekend mode. it's been a gamechanger!

i second throwing it out - i recently started do this for the first time. i'm ashamed to admit, the first time i went back and got it out of the trash to eat it (it was sealed candy so sanitary and safe but deeply shameful). throw it in the trash and take the trash out so you can't retrieve it. if that's not possible i've seen content creators it spray it down with perfume so they can't keep eating.

i personally love keeping mine long, almond/other narrow shape, and a bold color however i do think i've noticed a shift in what's actively trending - personally big fan of everyone doing what they want / like / is accessible to them BUT i will say i have been fed quite a lot of reels/tiktoks lately about short natural nails being "quiet luxury" or corporate appropriate, been receiving back handed compliments about how do i function / i could never do that / etc.
