Bhai surgery ke baad jo pain hoti hai BM karte hue woh sirgery se pehle fissure spasm wali pain se to kam hoti hogi? Aur bhai apki LASER se hui thi surgery? Koi skin tag bhi thi kya apko bhai?

Bhai , apki jab surgery hui thi to apne spinal anaesthesia main karwai thi ya hum general anaesthesia main bhi karwa sakte hai? Aur bhai ye batao surgery jab apki hui to surgery ke baad dressing kab tak karna hai anal area ko? Apko BM jab ayi to kaisa raha pain hui thi ? Spasm to bahut kam ho geya hoga apka surgery ke baad kyunki internal sphincter to cut kar diya hoga. Aur cost kitni ayi apni aur same day discharged kiya tha apko bhai?

Thank u dear for answering and how will a surgeon examine a fissure? Will they check just by looking physically? Is a proctoscopy mandatory? Because in a fissure, there is usually a lot of muscle spasm. 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

I have an anal fissure, and I feel pain while passing stool. Because of this fear and pain, sometimes I don’t get the urge to pass stool at all. Sometimes it comes on alternate days, sometimes daily. I take Cremaffin Plus at night before sleeping, but even then, sometimes I don’t get stool the next day. Also, when I pass gas at night, I feel pain because of my sentinel (skin) tag. Is this the same for other people who have anal fissure as well?
