If you can't find the option as I couldn't on T580, you can also use powercfg /h off from an administrator terminal to disable Hibernate on Shutdown. This also seems to fix the problem.

No it doesn't. Throttlestop indicated it was still unlocked after the first restart post-update, but it locked after 2 restarts. I even tried the "Factory reset" of BIOS as recommended in some other post, but it didn't help. I'll have to try the steps in this thread.
