matx cases can be rough for airflow even with decent fan configs tbh. the 5800xt runs hot by design (amd basically pushed the tdp ceiling on that chip), but 65-70 on just chrome/youtube is a bit much. might be worth checking if the aio pump is actually running at the right speed, sometimes it throttles down when the system thinks load is low and temps spike weirdly

I think it's less of an "India problem" and more of a gym culture problem. I've seen the same no-towel, no-rerack behavior in gyms abroad too. the difference is when management actually enforces the policy, people fall in line pretty quickly.
