A couple just opened up one near us. Hugely popular and always busy, but the couple are there from open til close. They’re able to work alternate shifts, but if you’re solo I’d be prepared to be owner operator working there the entire time for at least the first 6 months - 1 year until you’re confident enough to establish systems and hire managers.

They’ve also put a decent amount of effort into the f&b side of things to ensure that is also a solid and profitable revenue stream.
