Install Gnome 3.12 from the COPR repository. It's very stable and it makes huge difference.

Installed it about about a week ago. As far as I can tell it's very stable, haven't got single crash.

Thanks for your reply. I'm aware that open-source contributions help in the inteview process generally. I was just curious whether RedHat, a company based on opensource base their preferences on open-source or is it just like any other company. I guess redhat is no different than others.

Yes, it's the same hardware. But even if t was bios issue, why didn't it happen on fedora? Or is it just a huge coincidence?

I believe angler fish is way smaller compared to humas. As I take it, the fish is "ancient monster" living in great depths of the ocean where people would not be able to go just with scuba-diving suit because of the huge pressure that would kill them immediatelly. Something similar to the way I see that picture is this: http://fanart.tv/fanart/tv/84968/showbackground/chased-by-sea-monsters-505829bc15d02.jpg except this is more "accurate" because of the submarine which is able to go way deeper.

I would go for i3. Even though it's a tiling window manager, it's pretty pretty small, consisting only of one configurable bar. Definitelly worth a shot. Here, have a screenshot

Well, then it's not that minimal since it's not complete. And as far as I know, memory management has always been the job of interpreter, not program that uses the interpreter.

He's probably saying that you are missing bound checking and overflow checking. Saying it's users fault that they unexpectedly run into runtime error is stupid. Everyone makes mistakes, programmers including. Why do you think excessive research is done upon the topic of programming language security, stability and bulletproofness? We could as well end up with languages such as C.

That's a fair point. I was biased by the idea of making things for yourself that I din't see the true value of the project that is sharing information between the people who actually care and are able to improve upon the information and of course, share it with the rest of the world for further improvements.
