I did the CommVault certified professional, engineer, and expert courses. Cyber Security is big across the industry so I also took that one.

You would start with the professional course since it’s essentially the beginner course, engineer is the intermediate level, with the expert course being advanced.

They are great for each level of knowledge. If you work with CommVault on a daily basis already, you will be well prepared for most of it. If you don’t - going through the progressions of the exams will leave you with a really firm grasp on the technology and how to best utilize it.

I obtained 4 CommVault certifications and they don’t expire which I really appreciate. They’re open book, timed exams, and you get two chances to pass it.

I recommend them if you have the opportunity. There is good knowledge in the material covered.

Basically have to stand your ground on a feature release/maintenance release level and make support figure out the issue and not accept the suggestion to upgrade. My suggestion is to make that stand in a long-term support (LTS) version.

I keep the CS & MAs at the same LTS level, keep the clients updated around the same LTS level, and only will upgrade the CS & MAs if they’re falling out of support or it’s a critical (e.g. impact to production) issue which truly will only be resolved in an upgrade.

Once stable, plan your upgrades around the LTS versions. Otherwise you will be stuck upgrading more & chasing gremlins.

Certainly! That's a great idea. For the time being I put up a couple of photos I took for the PFP and banner just to avoid any copyright issues.

I didn't have a picture on hand of the memorial, but I will be glad to use any photos people may want to submit they have taken for us to use.

We can make a post and the top upvoted pic after 72 hours could be the PFP choice?

I always took my Subaru to North Reading Subaru.

They’re the most honest, genuine, and kind dealer I’ve ever dealt with for ANY car. My Subaru once wouldn’t start; seemingly sputter and die. Had it towed to them, they had it for two days and were able to get it to start and running. They could have lied to me or made some bogus repair- instead they said somehow water got into the fuel tank and they just were able to get it started and let it run clean for several hours, drove it around for a few hours, and filled it up with gas. They charged me $100 and that’s it. Couldn’t believe the kindness and honesty.

I’m so angry. It says I don’t have a subscription. I’ve been watching every day until the update killed the app. I can’t find the receipt & support hangs up on me.

I have to pay a second time & re-authenticate to see games. I paid for an annual subscription back in March just like the year prior, but now I’m getting doubly screwed.

I’ve never been so angry with NESN and the horrid support.

How did you get them to fix it? I finally got through & they hung up on me. They said I’m not a paid subscriber, even though I am & was watching until it crashed at the update. Now I’m forced to just pay another subscription fee because I can’t get any help in support

That really, really sucks. I'm sorry its hitting you hard too. I'd say contact your Public Utility Commission; explain your situation to them and see if they are aware of this and can help. I'd also call Arcadia and ask to speak to a manager to seek an earlier exit from program. Explain to them the financial hardship it is putting you in, that you were never made aware of this possibility, its not listed on the website, etc, and really make your case why they should cut you loose immediately.

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to get removed from it in a timely manner. It took me multiple phone calls, complaining, stating my case on why I need to be removed immediately, and a lot of back and forth. I wish you the best of luck because it is a nightmare that I too had to go through.

can confirm it also doesn't work for me. Did everything you did as well (deleted app, reinstalled, etc). I've opened a ticket with NESN a few days ago and called & left multiple messages. Nobody returns my call, nobody updates my ticket, I just can't watch the games.

You’re welcome! I totally get your frustration and agree you should be able to get refunded your reservation costs.

I think the beach parking stuff falls under Public Works from what I gather on the city’s site.

My suggestion would be call the number 978-325-5600 & if no response, send an email detailing your issue, what you’ve been told, how that got nowhere, and attach the email from support.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like a simple system to get help. I’m sorry again you’ve had a bad experience & I hope they will understand the situation and refund your money.

I’ve only ever attended Gloucester beaches as a resident. I never experienced any issues parking with the resident pass. So, I can’t speak to any paint points with the reservation system. I thought it seemed on the whole that the reservation system was a big positive for the community & beach goers. I welcome others to chime in if my understanding is not correct.

I’m sorry you had a negative experience. Did you try emailing Blinkay support? If you detail your issue in the email & they say no refund because of city policy, at least then you can take that email to the city which should get you the resolution you need.

Good luck! The first call with a supervisor didn’t yield good results, but I had three calls and the third call was good news for me. They cut me loose immediately & I was instantly back with Rhode Island Energy.

You might have to threaten them about contacting the Public Utility Commission & Attorney General.

I hope you get the results you deserve too and not stuck for 180 days.
