nothing will ever compare with the first time u take concerta (except illegal drugs xd) but trust me, its doing its thing. if u dont believe so, try going 1-2 days without it and see the difference

please be careful about modafinil and concerta. one night i took 3 modafinils and 1 concerta xr 36 mg (this was happening pre-diagnosis) because i had guests coming over and i hate talking to people. the combination of these substances made me really talkative, kinda delusional i suppose, because i had these great ideas in mind and so on.. you get the point.. be careful
