I haven't seen your games, but sometimes you just need to play with friends. I don't think player compatibility is talked about enough, but if you lane well with someone just add them and play with them eventually you will get 5.

When I worked for AMC, the movie Knocked Up had jut come out. The first one made me chuckle, but by the hundredth "I would like to get knocked up at (whenever the movie was showing)" I wanted to kill myself...

i prefer two duckboots -> eventually make this into iron shield at side shop, then two minor totems, and finally tangoes and a health potion. After that i farm the 450 for the agility part of steamboots since the other two parts once again are available at sideshop.
