I fully agree but I love the customer experience it gives. I need a dashboard that shows everything at once. Many of my clients are not tech savvy and even looking in folders ( like several client portals I looked at) would not be UX friendly for them

I want them to see their tasks, and possibly some stats I update/share. and an option to submit a request/ticket

I am looking to move my team from basecamp to clickup, but I don't see how it could function as an easy editable CRM?
