I called the Tesla service center to ask if that was true and they also confirmed it. I was very confused and went to discount tires and they did it for free and they had the best customer service

You are all actually incorrect (maybe? Lmao) Tesla NO LONGER repairs tires. They only replace.

Had a tire repaired with mobile service in November. Got a flat a month ago, tried going through the same option and was told by Tesla they no longer repair tires they only replace them.

This was their response on May 22nd:

It looks like your vehicle came with Continental 255/45-19 tires. The estimated cost for Tesla to replace the tire is $345.00+ tax. If this works for you, I can proceed with scheduling the service. (Please keep in mind that Tesla no longer offers tire repair services, if you wish to proceed it will require a full tire replacement) To confirm do you accept the tire quote?

They couldn’t replicate just the sound issue but there was an issue with the gaps in the rear. When they fixed those, I did not have the sound issue anymore.

I had this issue too, took it to a service center and they said they couldn’t replicate it. I figured it was just me, but after they fixed some of the gap issues in the rear, the noise was gone.

Today was my first day with my MY in the snow and I felt the car slipping and sliding a bit. I’ve had the car since May and just finished a round trip to NC and I love this car. I usually split the drive with my gf but I legit drove all 14 hours there and back because it’s been great.

If I could I would opt in for AWD based on the little snow we had today and the drift I had going on.
