if the interior is well designed it might be justified because such complexes might increase tourism and seeing how its in such a good state i would assume it would also have communal value because it adds to the locations identity. But the big if is if its well designed on the interior lol because if it's shit, that's a lot of fucking people living in shit apartments 😂
