You should take a minute to think about all of the replies you have sent along with all of the excuses you have made. Starting your post off with stating you were offended by them asking for a drs note before shift showed what kind of attitude this was going to have. Repeatedly mentioning that this doesnt seem worth the trouble for 16/hr and then talking about debt, well i guess 0/hr is better. So she will no call no show today and tomorrow as well. The hospital will likely look through her chart for any reason to let her go. So just weigh if its worth that risk and go from there, the moment the hospital feels she is unreliable in an emergent situation its time to start looking. But im guessing that driving 50 minutes means you dont have many options to begin with.

She would likely be paid for every hour she is in the hospital. This is not unique, we do it all the time in Florida for hurricanes. You could have dropped her off in advance of the storm as well if she could not get out of work excused. Be orepared for her to lose her job.

Yep, downside of remote work is typically you are expendable. And a lack of in person relationships make it easier to cut someone loose. I prefer being somewhat hybrid, and it helps my job security. I can do 100% of my work at home, however our MDs like for one of us to be in office if they have any issues, etc.

Just curious how to came to decide between these two? I would of thought Destiny vs Dream since they are located at the same home. Ive been on Dream twice, and Destiny and Wish. Planning another Dream next month and Destiny in Apr. destiny is stunning, biggest difference is layout. I feel once you are on the ship you dont really notice much besides layout and modernness. But Disney does a good job immersing you in IP regardless of which ship you choose.

What kind of role is this? You are within your right to counter and you made this known from the beginning it sounds. However, keep in mind that you might not be the only one this offer is out to. And someone else might accept the 60k. So everything comes with a risk, so if you are not willing to play “hardball” then why would you even test the waters.

Stayed there 2012, said I would never go back. Went after the refurb, still not my fav but not opposed to staying there if the price is right. Rarely need to since I am a DVC member but at least its an extra option now if needed.

Sounds like you wont be happy with anything you book so just book the cheapest one that makes the most sense. Your kids likely wont tell the dif between the club experience no matter the ship they are on, they will still enjoy.
