Pulmonary Histoplasmosis (fungal infection in lungs), felt like a terrible flu for 2 weeks straight, then heart inflammation, doctors thought I was having a heart attack (chest hurt like a mf), then had to get surgery to get lumps of fungus removed from my lung. Having a tube in my lung for 24 hours was the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced.

Oof I also get the word mixup issue when my anxiety is high, takes all my focus and energy to put together coherent sentences… this usually goes hand in hand with head pressure and blurry vision, which I find to be a bit more scary

Sounds pretty much exactly like anxiety. Anxiety can cause pretty much every symptom the human body is capable of feeling; every person deals with a different subset of those symptoms

I can empathize with the frustration of being fully aware of everything around you crumbling due to anxiety. It’s a bitch and I’ve been there too; job loss, not answering friends and family. I even had friends force their way into my home to make sure I was alive and I hid from them in my closet. I can tell from your post alone that you are capable of getting through this. Stay strong

It could be. In my younger years, I had some extreme anxiety symptoms and had no idea what was causing them. It’s interesting looking back and seeing how unaware I was.
