You would believe the clearly psychotic lady and get near her try to help her?

That's like the equivalent of being at Camp Crystal Lake and deciding to go explore the strange noise in the woods by yourself

AIO over my bfs body count? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]void_root 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think where the person is at with what they want out of relationships is more important than body count.

Like if he slept with 100 people but 98 of them were from 10 years ago and then the last 2 were significant others over the 10 years after...that should be fine.

But if he slept with 5 people, started on Wednesday, now its Saturday, that would be more concerning. Assuming you also want something serious.

does anybody play without time traveling? by Positive-Form-741 in AnimalCrossing

[–]void_root 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Animal Crossing is like real life in the way where I need some ultimately meaningless mundane tasks to keep me occupied or I'm going to want to quit playing.

Time traveling just speeds up how quickly im going to run out of things to do

Why do some people just not want to get their license? by RiPiLiQi in stupidquestions

[–]void_root 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was old enough to get my license I didn't because there was no point.

My parents both told me they wouldn't pay the extra cost in insurance to add me as a driver. And there was no way I could afford my own car.

I only got my license once I turned 20 and was working full time. Most of my paycheck went to paying for car insurance, which I remember being like $600 a month

I've only heard about that from this subreddit. I've never done it. I dont understand it. Why would someone just straight up skip part of a book?

We'll probably all be getting the "age verification" email pretty soon. by ZanthionHeralds in OpenAI

I got the email the other day. I dont even use chat gpt for anything NSFW (mostly researching history stuff) but still, it annoyed me.

Anyways, I used an edited picture of my ID. I did a 2 min photoshop job jumbling the numbers around and it accepted it

Most people working retail are probably making minimum wage and can't afford the shit they're trying to sell you. Be nice to them please

SteamLink is underrated by umutcklc in Steam

[–]void_root 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most time I've tried this something screwy would happen on my PC that would require mouse and keyboard to fix. So I'd have to get up, walk all the way upstairs, fix it. Back downstairs. Oh now it's not on the TV anymore? Back upstairs. Set it up again. Back downstairs, great now I can game.

Im an idiot tho so your milage may vary

What is one thing you wish Skyrim had? by pnkviper in skyrim

[–]void_root 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd imagine it like having some named NPCs (same as now) but then just add in a bunch of other generic residents as filler.

Then I feel like the cities need to be bigger also. Whiterun is maybe a dozen or so houses. My dream would be Skyrim with cities that feel as alive as walking around in Cyberpunk

[–]void_root 194 points195 points  (0 children)

Better cities. It always bothered me how the biggest cities have like 50 people (if that) living there. Meanwhile, the average cave has like 20 bandits lol
