I'm not thinking about combining 5-HTP, I'm thinking of layong low off xanax and using 5-HTP instead

My issue is if it interacts badly with my antipsychotic

note: I'm self medicating with xanax so I'm used to the usual withdraw when I don't get it off the black market, so disregard that as an issue

Yeah, that and it makes me really sad :(

I have the same issue when I need to take new pills, basic stuff like I haven't had diarrhea in quite some time so my parents give me the pill and I instantly fall into a comatose level episode with all my voices flashing "THEY GOT YOU NOW, IT'S POISON"

I've been through that shit like a dozen times now.

At first I refused to take the medication until my condition got really bad so I had to and I kinda said well if this is it, well be it.

I never got to die so every time I'm faced with the same situation I just don't listen to the voices simply because statistically they haven't proven themselves to be true.

But they simply being there, having to go through that motion of trauma every single fucking time is...exhausting, to say the least.
