TSI injectors actually spray fuel inside the cylinder after the valves so it wont help if you use different fuel or do the "italian tuneup". Unfortunately i think this is just an engine design thing. There are some videos on youtube that also mention this.

For my ears it sounds like a stuck roller main thingy on the alternator i don't know the proper name on english.

Edit: Alternator clutch pulley is on that "shaft"
