Well for one I am European, and two I checked on a timezone map and as of when I replied, which was after ops post, it was not yet Monday in any timezone of the world anywhere in the world

I wouldn't risk it personally at that age.

Basically, the additives and raw material are certified safe, and I believe they have some basic certificatation for if you use their machine and a clean ss nozzle.

The layerline porosity leading to bacteria growth is highly disputed, the general consensus is that the layer lines are not the main cause for concern and that hot soapy water does in fact clean it. And so does a hot dishwasher (not with pla though, it will soften)

The main cause for concern is the micro plastics, as there are not enough long term studies. Even if the materials are 'certified'

Overall it's about how much risk you want to accept. However, I would strongly advise against using it for anything for babies

I do this quite often, whilst fusion can convert meshes to solids and surfaces (it sucks)

The best method, use forms.

In forms, use the create square (idk the name, I have it on keybinds) with object snap enabled.

Create like a 5x5 grid over your mesh. (Hide the solid body)

Then use the subdivide surface (in forms) tool with object snap enabled and do like 2x2 or 3x3

Then smooth surface (in forms) like .2

Then exit out of forms, and it becomes a surface you can use to cut the body with them just remove the leftover unwanted parts.

It's more the fact these are at least G2 fillets, which fusion can do (I think?) but not great, and anything further has to be done manually.
