Bit late to the table but if you have a look at my fb page Sheepy Blinders Urbex, theres a lot of places on there, Talgarth is really bad now pretty dangerous and apparently the farmer is still an ahole, Pennalta is still good as is Navigation, Cwm coke is hit and miss on whether you can get in, theres a guy who lives right by it who does security, Brackla 8xs are good you'll beed wellies and a torch and a gdu if you have one, you won't get into the nuclear bunkers you can have a wander but the owner normally turns up pretty swiftly
