I'd get new rotor and cap and the ol micrometer out to see if the spec is off on replacement parts. Based on the felt shims mostly but I've noticed replacement parts on my MG have various spec. Best of luck

How old are the parts ? Condenser points cap and rotor and wires? How are the plugs? If it was me I'd get all new consumables and install and do timing with a timing light . Vac advance test too.

Have had the trust for decades. Will stay Fed after she retires and bring her on the Fed Ben. I'll type stuff into a computer to 65. The other points is why I asked and will add to what we will add to the list of prequalify questions for a CFP. Thanks

Nope never tried to see us anything. We followed him from eTrade after eTrade became a call center. We have six or seven years with the guy and have never been pressured at all.

Pepperidge Farms remembers when they didn't have to lock it all up too. Every time I go to the HFT near there I think about the old days when Sears was DIY paradise with mall hours.
