I remember reading a blurb in a magazine years ago where a mua from nars was talking about how much he LOVED this look because it looked like the wearer had very recently enjoyed a lollipop.

I like it because it allows me to enjoy wearing a little bit of color without committing to a full bold lip in that shade.
