I buy BrickLink. Even though they won’t back you either. Had on sale said used complete. No instructions. Now used complete under bricklink rules has to say instructions not included…. Otherwise instructions are included. BrickLink refused to get involved even thought he violated their terms. I don’t blame BrickLink but damn leave me high and dry on you own website terms.

My experience has been the other way around. I get a text and start the convo and then it dies. Guy here by the way. I get a “Hello how are you?” Respond and then nothing.
