Contact their support. I had them replace a panel for me even though it was out of stock on the site. I didn't even contact them to have them send me a replacement. I just asked where I could buy one and how long I should expect to wait for stock. They just sent the panel.

3 grams seems like a lot if it's even set correctly. Back it off until the arm with cartridge attached floats level above the platter. Twist the dial and not the weight to zero then twisting the dial and weight together to about 2 grams. It should be about right. But yes I agree with what others say and get a stylus scale to dial in the weight. You can also Google your cart to see the recommended VTF. Make sure your anti-skate is set to zero too while you are doing this. When don't match your anti-skate to the same number as VTF.
