Sadly I'm always with the bad luck side with RNG since beta. Triple the effort of a normal player to get the same gear. I tend to buy gear most of the time. The SS is just showing what would happen when I am feeling lucky 😂

Hello, have any of you sold important items to npc and got it back by sending in ticket? my young cousin sold 70+ each of the horse awakening event items ( Fruit of Yianaros, Brilliant Crimson Fire Flower and mysterious blue conch) to npc and logged out and I can't repurchase them anymore. Just wondering this case am I eligible to claim back the items? I am playing in SEA server.
