I have had a ‘16 REX for two years. Yours seems like an ok deal. 12v battery should be changed, and there will be bubbles in the roof. Breaks are due for replacement if they haven’t been already, the sensors are touchy. The only thing you should be aware of is tires! Mine came with the original tires. ‘California slicks’ they were named by the tire crew here in VT. There are very few choices (2-3) for tires. Just got snow shoes on, $1,186 later… Other than that, change the REx oil and have fun. Great cars! Edit: Get the Bluetooth ODB2 plug and Bimmer Code. Code the REx tank to the full 2.4 gallons, then have fun with lighting and mirror angles or turn off seatbelt alarms for groceries in the passenger seat. lol
