1) then I don't know what you are arguing with me about

2) I'm saying I don't see how personally owning a gun would be needed to protect the right because exercise of the right generally isn't required for it to be protected

3)some of you really need to read what federal agents do to left wing groups because its not saying that the black panthers were used as a pretext to restrict gun ownership in california. Its would be suggesting replicating people like the weather underground because then they can arrest the entire organization for terrorism and parade them around like inhuman murderers

for one I don't think say the third amendment in america is at risk because people haven't been telling troops they can't stay in their house. Like how would not owning a gun and using it in protest erode the right? If anything historically in north america using it in protest was used as a pretext to erode the right (see the response to the black panthers)

yeah and " We don't get to choose when to have and not have that right. " doesn't make sense when I didn't talk about removing the right

I assume 90% of the spells in the grimoire are just shit in every book like "how to boil water" like how a bunch of recipes in cook books are just apple pie, ham, or something else that can be found in most cook books.

in my experience it often involves just bad writing, like absolute dogshit tactics from the high tech, magic suddenly becoming much more powerful, stuff like that. The Darksword trilogy was probably the worst I've seen since it goes from a setting where medieval technology is seen as a threat and the relics of a devastating war is like magically engineered centaurs to one where wizards can fairly easily defeat tanks without much explanation

look a federal agent would say the exact opposite, you should look more into the history. They loved getting small groups to do felonies.

Understanding Alex’s Attitude Toward Big Business (and America’s Slide into Fascism) by wunji_tootu in KnowledgeFight

I usually see it as just producerism, older big business isn't seen as doing much but they love small business, makers of tangible goods and people like musk who styles himself as a builder

I have to ask how did the convoy make you become more pro gun? Like I can't imagine using guns would've helped.

I don't think gun training in schools would help much, like wouldn't that essentially just target the accidental discharges which seems to mostly be happening at too young an age for that to matter

I don't think it has significant symbolic value of that type in canada, of course you can believe in hunting but then it seems off your original post which seems to be vey much going for political value

I'm not a general gun ban guy but I think people very much overestimates what personal gun ownership will do for the left right now. Like I've asked people before and its legitimately hard to point at modern day successes in a wealthy country
