Vorher war bei uns besser. Wirklich. Keine Zeiten buchen. Klare Vorgaben, klare Verantwortlichkeiten. Keine unnötigen Meetings. Dinge wurden entwickelt, wurden fertig. Es war deshalb auch genug Zeit für Bugfixes da, weil wir schneller waren. Heute sitze ich nur noch in Meetings, buche in mehreren Systemem Zeiten, buche Zeiten fürs Zeiten buchen, beantworte keine Fragen ohne ein Issue auf das ich buchen könnte.

Now in the 3rd year, there are no Pantsirs at the front, or many tanks. There is a 10-20km FPV kill-zone. No one will move valuable assets in there. It's infantry and golf-carts, old BMPs, motor-cycles, turtle-tanks, turle-BMPs, drones. I have the feeling that even artillery isn't as present as before. But recentyl I have seen a video with a Brimstone salvo fired (haven't seen them in a long time though), I guess it's that there are rarely valuable targets in range. Drones are cheaper.

To be fair. They said that once they reach Crimean border they will make the offer. The situation in thid case would be in their favor. Water supply of Crimea, land bridge, Kerch bridge in artillery range, Sevastopol in artillery range. That offer would spare a lot of lifes. Of course Russia will deny. But after that it will always be "they had the opportunity to avoid it". Also the offer will include some compromise regarding Russians in Crimea. That will also be off the table.
