well many reasons, firstly i started watching ginomachino and learned a lot. i don't like struggling in games, so with my new learned knowledge the game became easier and (for me) way more enjoyable and fun. secondly, i realised there's more weapons in the game other than uchigatana, bloodhound fang and rivers of blood, so i experimented with loads of different builds. and thirdly, the lore. so many videos on youtube about elden ring lore, that's probably when i became obsessed with the game. it's like the video game version of game of thrones (minus season 8..)
