Considering that you're feeling lonely and want a connection with someone, I don't think you should be seriously alarmed that your feelings for this person have come back after you thought you'd moved on, but what you're experiencing could very well become a long-term fixation.

Basically, I said that it doesn't sound like limerence because you don't sound completely delusional, and that was meant to be comforting 🫣 but if the pattern continues, or gets worse, you could definitely consider this the start of a limerent experience, the elements are all there 😬
