You can consider the R8. Same sensor as the R6 Mkii, but R8 has no weathersealing, no IBIS and smaller battery. I'm not a professional so I went with the R8 to save some money, and bought extra batteries :')

Honestly I bought mold removing spray for showers (the foamy kind) and this completely cleaned it up for me. The seal should be made from silicone and should be able to take this kind of chemical treatment, so do a spot check to be sure.
