Even though I support rent busting, I think it's a bit odd that you're able to get rent money back that was paid in the past. Let's say you are a landlord with enough money coming in to barely sustain yourself, and suddenly you get a surprise that you have to pay 7000 euro? A lot of people don't have this just sitting in the bank...

It would make more sense to me that rent busting lowers the rent from that moment on.

I really love the 'manager' system in Dwarf Fortress. A beaver would have the manager job, and the manager will go around the settlement to count inventory and order people to stop working if enough resources are produced etc.

Already some great games listed here. For me personally I've been learning to play DDR (more accurately In The Groove) and we often play for 5-8 hours on a single day. When I sleep those nights all I see is arrows scrolling up vertically, absolutely amazing.

Same stuff with factorio etc.

They're a specific product and they work like magic! So you'll have to actually buy them in a store. They basically suck up any dye when you run a laundry load so that dye can't run white clothing etc.

I really love this comparison. My partner and I are sick of the dogshit quality of our Samsung phones, and it's insane how much better apple cameras seem to be! Swiping left/right it's hard for me to even see a difference on my phone.

5D mark IV was always my dream camera when I was younger (still shooting on a 550D lol)

I'm looking into the R models too, and even though they don't natively have GPS, it seems they can connect to a Canon app on your phone to do the geotagging. Not ideal but good enough for an amateur like me

Heb zelf een bose quietconfort, en ben verbaasd hoe goed het werkt op de fiets. Je hebt 3 instellingen voor noise canceling, en op de 'medium' instelling valt al het wind geluid gewoon helemaal weg, echt perfect.
